I’ve recently discovered a technical issue with my business line provider which caused a huge amount of calls and voicemails to get flagged as spam. It should be fixed, as far as I can tell, but the issue seems to have been affecting all of my incoming calls and voicemails for at least the past month. Since this is the second time I’ve had a major customer-impacting issue with this provider I’m looking into migrating to a different service in the very near future.
